Lille Univers Return Policy

At Lille Univers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to initiate a return, please follow our return policy guidelines:

- To initiate a return, please send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
- Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not covered by lilleunivers.com.

2. Packaging and Condition:
- To ensure the safe transport of your returned goods, securely pack them in the original packaging.
- Any damage caused during transport due to inadequate packaging will be your responsibility.
- If the goods are not returned in their original condition and packaging, we will deduct the corresponding decrease in value from your refund.

4. How to Return:
- Notify us of your intention to cancel the purchase and then send your return goods to us within the specified 14 days.

- Keep in mind that a deduction may be made from your refund if the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging.

5. Recommended Shipping Method:
- We recommend using PostNord to return your goods. If sent as a package, you will be provided with a track and trace number for easy monitoring.
- If sent as a letter, please note that you will not be assigned a track and trace number.
- Always retain shipping receipts. In the event of a lost return package, it is not lilleunivers's responsibility.
