Lille Univers Terms and Conditions of Trade

Ownership and Contact Information:
The website www.lilleunivers.com is owned and maintained by Ebuy ApS, CVR no. 39947145. For any inquiries or information requests, please contact us at info@lilleunivers.com.

Ordering:
- Our webshop is available 24/7, with occasional temporary unavailability for maintenance or redevelopment.
- To shop on our webshop, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card. If under 18, someone aged 18 or older may make purchases on your behalf.

Shipping and Delivery (Denmark):
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, aiming for same-day shipping for orders before noon.
- Lilleunivers is not responsible for delivery delays; this responsibility lies with PostNord.
- If delivered to a parcel shop, promptly collect your order to avoid return shipping costs, which are not covered by lilleunivers.
- Shipping costs within the EU (except Denmark) are 299 DKK.

Payment:
- Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Your account is only charged once the order is shipped.
- No credit card fees are applied, and the amount charged does not exceed the authorized sum.

Cancellation of Order:
- Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order before shipment.
- Reach us via email at info@lilleunivers.com during business hours (Monday through Friday, 09:00-17:00).

Right of Withdrawal:
- Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, starting from the day of receiving the order.
- Notify us of your withdrawal by emailing info@lilleunivers.com.

Return Policy:
- Return items within 14 days of cancellation notice.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Use original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refund and Cancellation of Purchase:
- Refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation message.
- Refund credited to the debit card used for the purchase.
- Lilleunivers may withhold payment until item receipt unless documentation for return is provided.

Complaints:
- A 24-month warranty under the Purchasing Act for errors or defects during normal use.
- Contact us at info@lilleunivers.com with reference to the invoice number and attach a picture of the complaint item.
- Advertise within a reasonable time after discovering an error.
- Eligible refund processed within 14 days if the complaint is justified, including reasonable shipping costs.

Complaint Resolution:
- Contact us at info@lilleunivers.com for complaint resolution.
- If unsolved, file a complaint with the House of the Board at Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk.
- EU residents can use the EU Commission's online complaint portal at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
